An executive search firm is shifting within Dallas' Oak Lawn area as it looks to capitalize on rapid growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Phaidon International is taking down 26,687 square feet in The Centrum, located at 3102 Oak Lawn Avenue. The London-based global talent partner currently offices at Turtle Creek Village.

The new office space will allow Phaidon International to house more than 250 employees, setting the stage for growth for the company. "It's therefore become a natural central hub for our recruitment and sales operations teams over the last few years," he added.
