With the pandemic under more control and companies returning to a state of “business as usual,” the sudden impact of life coming to a halt at the onset of COVID-19 still feels near. Initially, the pace and disruption were uncomfortable, but eventually, such change gave way to new perspectives for us as people…and as business leaders.
And now, on the tail-end of the pandemic, as paces are picking back up and our new normal is starting to feel a bit like our old normal, how will businesses continue to elevate mental health?
