Now Re/Max forecasts a reversal of fortune with sales slumping in Toronto and Vancouver, for example, while Calgary resales could grow by 12 per cent in 2023. At the same time, the average price is expected to grow seven per cent by the end of 2023 over the average price in 2022, Re/Max forecasts. Despite sales falling through much of 2022 after a record-setting spring, Calgary remains a seller’s market with sale-to-new-listing ratios exceeding 95 per cent for all housing segments in November, CREB data shows.Article content
