Just a few weeks ago, Ann Phelps was promoted to vice president of customer experience for Trailer Bridge’s Ocean Division. After joining the company as a temporary employee in 1999, Phelps has seen the expansion and growth in Trailer Bridge’s efforts in the maritime industry, but has also learned a lot about herself in her time there.It’s a man's world.
