Would-be owner of the Optimum coal mine and alleged former Gupta associate Daniel McGowan is suing Richards Bay Coal Terminal , its CEO, and its lawyers for alleged defamation in relation to statements contained in court filings. In the court summons, launched last week, McGowan listed 17 instances of alleged defamation contained in two affidavits filed by RBCT CEO Alan Waller.
