Fox News chief executive Suzanne Scott internally sounded the alarm about the financial fallout that the right-wing network would suffer if it continued fact-checking then-President Donald Trump’s lies after the 2020 election, according to messages that became public Wednesday. In one instance, Scott emailed Meade Cooper, executive vice president of prime time programming, and laced into correspondent Eric Shawn for fact-checking Trump.
“These documents once again demonstrate Dominion’s continued reliance on cherry-picked quotes without context to generate headlines in order to distract from the facts of this case,” a Fox spokesperson said in a statement. “The foundational right to a free press is at stake and we will continue to fiercely advocate for the First Amendment in protecting the role of news organizations to cover the news.
The Goddess of Justice is blindfolded, but not blind.
So is lying about election fraud.
The FCC should shutter Fox - funny how they are the ones along with Trump always spouting off about so called fake news when Fox is the leader in producing it
So they aren't in the business of news and facts?
'It's not a red or blue thing , it's a green (money) thing' Murdock
election lies alright but who fact checked the j6 committee for their lies then?
Fox Credo: “Profits Over People,” “Lies Over Truth,” and “Reality TV Over Serious News.” Hope Dominion wins its $1.2 billion lawsuit against Fox. ❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
OMG I was googling her and she looks even more evil than I imagined
What Election lies? Every single judge said the cases had no standing because they needed to be looked at by state legislatures. There were over 1,000 signed affidavits from poll workers etc. The whole big lie concept is a big lie!!
🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
We all know the biggest lie in 2020 was that Biden got 81 million votes.
