Paramount Gets $167M In Settlement Of Suit By CBS Shareholders Against Shari Redstone, Directors, Ending Years-Long Merger Litigation

Corp. against some of the broadcaster’s former officers and directors, including Shari Redstone and Joseph Ianiello.
