Street unit has 137 rooms over 10 floors and was converted to its current use in 2000.A spokesperson from Euro Hostel said:"The current owner of Euro Hostel Glasgow has decided to put the business up for sale due to personal reasons.
"The hostel market in Glasgow continues to be incredibly strong yet underserved - the business is currently trading nearly 15% better than its previous best year. "The business is supported by a very strong management team and given the location on the Clyde and the international pull of Glasgow city, CBRE, the agents, expect to see significant demand from both domestic and international hostel brands to take on this unique site."
