One90 Smoked Meats has been trying to get into the Texas grocery store for seven years.

One90 Smoked Meats' brisket and whole chickens were stocked at Central Market grocery stores in Texas on June 7, 2023. The Dallas company is the first local barbecue joint selling its products at Central Market stores.Dallas’ One90 Smoked Meats is the first — and, so far, the only — localOwner Kyle St. Clair started unloading 1-pound packages of brisket and whole smoked chickens this week.

“At Central Market, our team is always looking for the absolute best products, which also have passionate people behind them. We found that exact combination with One90 Smoked Meats,” Chris Bostad, Central Market vice president, said in a statement.
