Take-It-Back Movement Demands Justice, Compensation For Indian Steel Company Staff Who Lost Three Fingers At WorkThe group made this known in a statement posted on its verified Twitter handle, demanding for an immediate remedy for Nasirudeen for the injury suffered during the course of his employment.
The TIB added that it would not hesitate to seize all lawful means within its disposal to ensure Nasirudeen was duly compensated for the irreparable loss. The movement explained that the company which was known for unfair labour practices usually paid Nasirudeen N15,000 only after subjecting him, and others to eleven hours of work with no health insurance, nor a single working benefit as required by law.
