Villaseñor founded the brand Rhude in 2015; it’s known for graphic tees, varsity jackets, and its hero product,, which cost $795. In 2016, Robertson invested $50,000 in the business, the lawsuit says. The line quickly grew in popularity and has been worn by Justin Bieber and Jay-Z.
