In the last year, Dallas-Fort Worth has gained a variety of corporate headquarters – from heavy equipment giant Caterpillar Inc. to manufacturer ATI Inc. It’s also attracted the likes of homebuilder Landsea and Republic Finance, which is building a new headquarters in Plano to replace its longtime Baton Rouge, La., home.
