“It gives us the freedom to design the graphics that we need when we need it, and we’re not having to work around someone else’s deadlines,” she says. “I’ll say, ‘Give me five different short posts that I can use for social media,’ or ‘Summarize this into one paragraph,’” he says. “And so all of the labor that’s downstream from creating a core piece of content, we usually have the AI tools do the heavy lifting and give us lots of options and cut it down.”
