To that end, developer Mauricio Rocha recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at a renovated multi-office space that he believes will be just the right place for businesses -- large and small, new and established -- to carry out their work.
“But that’s not why I built it,” he said. “I built it because I want to get people out of their home office. And, I want to get them to a place where they can talk to people, connect and collaborate, network.Rocha said he will personally lead monthly conversations with those renting space on the floor.“These conversations start out with business, but they always end up talking about life,” Rocha said.
“But then, as I started my coaching business, I thought, this is a value I can bring that nobody is doing where you can come in to a location to work, but you’re not closing your office door. You’re having conversations with people, just like people used to do business before.”“What I’m starting here in this location, I want to eventually bring to every community in Northeast Ohio,” he said.
