A positive case at Sandakan market was one of the three Covid-19 cases reported in the country today.
Sandakan Municipal Council president Wong Foo Tin said anyone showing symptoms should immediately go to the Duchess of Kent Hospital or Sandakan health clinic for a Covid-19 test.
