Mr Srama said the 405sq m unit block was located just 100m from the beach and prestigious Hedges Ave, known as Multimillionaire’s Row and home to some of the state’s most palatial oceanfront homes.“The unit market here on the Gold Coast is very segmented. We tend to stick to very low-density units because the real value lies within the land, not the dwelling, so you can get some really good investments where you are controlling as much land as possible,” Mr Srama said.
“The unit we secured for Josh and Sepa was one of just three in a blue-chip site 100m to the beach, so essentially they own one-third of that land.
