A Galway woman has told how her struggle with her identity and confidence has led her to launch a unique business - hairdressing and life coaching, all in one space.
"A few years ago, I went through a patch where I felt like I had lost myself, personally and professionally. I came across this life coaching course and while I was doing it I had this light-bulb moment where I realised - this is what I'm here to do! I can be a hairdresser and a life coach!" "The Deluxe Sessions are a deep dive, a fully immersive experience where clients get to really go there and start to make changes. Using various coaching tools and amazing visual prompts in the form of Practical Magic cards, this one is for anyone that is looking to shift and improve their lives, to get a deeper understanding of what’s holding them back. The three hours is split equally to allow for an in depth coaching session and a deluxe hair session.
