Hire Mexicans they want to work Immigrants

🤔 Tough one. If only these jobs were valued by the population. If only people didn't look down or frown upon these jobs.

Basic economics is so hard ! To get workers , pay them.

What could possibly be the solution here 🤔?

Corporations have to stop following the misguided view that customers will want to shop at an unethical company with unhappy employees. Employee satisfaction is the number one leading indicator of business success.
