The competition watchdog has blocked Sainsbury's and Asda's £10bn merger after finding it would lead to increased prices in stores, online and across petrol stations.
So, now both businesses will start to shed jobs and make other cost savings...albeit on their own
telebusiness Ok never really believed Coupe’s marketing talk about this being good for consumers. However why does the cma not break up Tesco if it has such issues with one supermarket having over 30% market share?
