As you’re labeling tasks with a 1, 2 or 3, you feel the stress and tension leaving your body. Your shoulders relax as you unclench your jaw. Talk about magic! It’s important to zoom out and see your business from a higher standpoint to build the foundation. Similar to the tired, but effective house analogy, you need the foundation before you build the walls.
