Teeling brothers put €60.5m-worth of shares into new company

The brothers behind the Teeling Whiskey company have transferred €60.5 million-worth of shares into a new corporate vehicle, in a move which could value the business at almost €150 million.

Jack and Stephen Teeling have set up a new company called Teelco Investments, and a recent filing shows that they executed a share swap for the majority of their holdings in the distillery.
