Two firms - Clarion Partners and GFF - are planning new offices in Victory Park.

The 75-acre mixed-use development northwest of downtown surrounds American Airlines Center and includes residential and retail. The almost quarter century oldThe Dallas office of global real estate investment manager Clarion Partners is planning a move to the One Victory Park tower, planning documents filed with the state show.

The Clarion Partners relocation includes almost 38,000 square feet of office space and will be completed in September. DLR Group is designing the new offices.
