Can the UK, at this stage, regulate anything? Wasn’t the entire Brexit thing, in addition to the “us against them” aspect, also anti regulation in construction? The industry driven attack against regulatory authority is in full swing.

Weren't the fishermen keen to leave the EU? Did they envisage a life without regulations? Imposed by anyone?
