Central Pa. township supervisors turn down offer to sell sewer system to York Water Company

The water company offered $30 million initially and then came back with a $53 million offer but the higher offer attracted no additional support from the township residents who came out in force on Tuesday evening to the Red Mill Elementary School gymnasium.
