Nostra Technologies, the Irish IT services provider, has made its third acquisition to date this year, snapping up Dublin-based telecoms business Voice & Data Solutions for an undisclosed sum.
Founded by Sydney Harman in 2010, the company provide managed telecoms solutions to a wide range of clients across the SME and corporate sector. The majority stake acquisition of Voice & Data Solutions brings Nostra’s total headcount to 280 people.
