Diane Spencer, a real estate agent, questioned whether DiGeronimo had performed a feasibility study to determine whether the market would support the number of residential units proposed. “We’re very confident in our product; we’re very confident in our studies,” DiGeronimo said. “We’ve got too much at risk to not be.”
