This is unreasonable and especially hurting, though the father is not there, does not mean the mum or mother cannot complete it as a family itself since the lady is a mother!! Why Not MFM? Why hurt her on that very special mum’s day? Such Absurdity in conditions of the promotion.

When such things happen, you see 'reasons' as theres gap here and there. Isnt it the responsibllity of the management to ensure all staff are trained adequately prior to rolling out such events? This is the first time such ridiculous condition is set for mothers day promotion
