Eskom says it’s encouraged that its application – to implement electricity tariff hikes – was dismissed on urgency and not merit. Eskomtariffhikes via SABCNewsOnline

Eskom Spokesperson, Sikonathi Mantshantsha, says the power utility is prepared to argue their case.

“Eskom acknowledges the court’s decision and of course we will abide by it. That means now the case will be heard as part of a normal court process and we are ready to present our case before the judge and we are encouraged by the fact that the judge has noted that NERSA’s decision of treating the equity injection as income on the income statement rather than an injection into the balance sheet.

Eskom_SA please do collections from all those who do not pay for electricity. This is what should happen before you run to courts. Secondly, go for your employees who stole from Eskom where ever they are and retrieve the money.
