Police later charged the driver with resisting and obstructing a police officer, failure to obey a lawful command, and failure to produce a driver's license. "We are digging in to support the driver and to ensure there is a proper outcome to this investigation," Clark tweeted.

Black families are less in poverty then white families. The problem is that 75% are broken families. And that is cultural and their own making. Blacks only represent 13% of population but are responsible for 55% of murders. Of black homicides. 93-97% is killed by other blacks. For white people. Only 83% is killed by white people. A lot more white people are being shot by black people then the other way around. While they only represent 13% of the population. I think you got it the other way around.
