How to optimize your LinkedIn profile for recruiters with keywords - Business Insider

There are millions of candidates on LinkedIn, which is why recruiters resort to advanced keyword searches to narrow the playing field.Recruiters are routinely looking up keywords using "and," or," or "not" in their searches to track down prospective job candidates on LinkedIn.
