I don't want you to write down what seems realistic or feasible based on your experience. I've found that most freelancers don't do this. Instead, they become very focused on the minimum amount of money they need to bring in just to scrape by every month.
For instance, let's say your goal is to earn $100,000 per year. That works out to about $8,333 per month. Ugh, I know. I hate pitching potential clients, too, but it's a necessary part of being a freelancer. And it's the one thing that nobody wants to do.
