"There will probably be gridlock if Biden wins but the Democrats don't take the Senate," said Gregori Volokhine of Meeschaert Financial Services. But there has been no agreement yet, with Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin saying last week"significant differences" remain with Democrats.
