Allan Brahminy has been accused of fabricating his Aboriginal heritage, falsely claiming he was abandoned on a river bank as a baby, before being adopted by an Indigenous family.There are calls for the Auditor General to investigate how millions of dollars of taxpayer money for troubled Tasmanian youth in the NT is being spent

Now there are questions about why the Tasmanian Government is contracting services from a private company owned by Mr Brahminy's wife. The Tasmanian Government pays a company called Many Colours 1Direction Pty Ltd about $274,196, per child, annually.Allan Brahminy has defended the program, saying he has done "nothing illegal".
