Minister for Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development Thoko Didiza says work has already started to construct the last phases. Mabuza and the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Land Reform and Agriculture will meet later today following their engagement with the claimants. Some of them have expressed unhappiness at the slow progress but Mabuza has assured them they are working to expedited the process.
