People in Germany have to save at least 20% of their energy consumption to avoid a gas shortage by December due to falling Russian gas flows, Germany’s network regulator head Klaus Mueller said.

Mueller said Germany should also cut its gas exports to neighbouring countries by 20%, and import 10 to 15 Gigawatt hours of gas to avoid shortages. Germany last month raised its storage targets for autumn to 75% by September 1, 85% by October 1 and 95% by November 1, and had introduced save energy measures.

“In order to secure jobs, I think austerity measures for private households are legitimate,” Mueller added.

wow the EU/WEF sanctions working verry good

I hope for a verry cold winter to my german neighbors. Enough is Enough...

We’ve been getting loadshedding every winter for the last 10 to 15 years. Germans will survive. No problem.

Politicians fuck up, the people need to provide the solution. Smart investing, like several small next gen nuclear reactors, would have prevented this energy crisis.

Or solve the war. Maybe give that a try.

When if you have to reduce gas consumption, then that's due to a current shortage. The gas shortage has already arrived.

ESG Greta wants it

I guess Germany chose the loosing tea😆😆😆
