The board heard the union had scheduled another meeting for July 20 but then called that one off, too. “He testified the union has placed any certification efforts of the employer on hold at this time, reassessing its options.”Corrales told the board he went to the July 13 meeting with an operations manager, Latifa Dewji, “out of curiosity” after he’d gotten wind of the gathering and had seen a Teamster pamphlet that had been distributed outside the worksite earlier that day.Article content
