.Twitter employees recently filed a lawsuit against the social media company, claiming they did not receive “tens of millions of dollars” in promised bonus payments. Neither Twitter nor Elon Musk has commented on the situation.

Former finance chief Ned Segal, among other executives, “repeatedly” said employees would be paid 50% of their bonuses in 2022, according to the lawsuit. None of those bonuses came through, it says. The suit was filed in a San Francisco, California, federal court on Tuesday, according to the Associated Press.

Lawyers for Mark Schobinger, the case’s lead plaintiff, requested class action status on behalf of all current and former Twitter employees who were allegedly wronged by the company’s financial negligence.
