Atlantic Aviation will occupy the building’s 17th floor in early 2025. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction was announced Monday.“They wanted to expand, and they wanted to expand into a higher profile, Class A space. It’s more amenities,” said Paul Bennett, Senior Managing Director of developer Granite Properties. “They’re a really solid company.”The site includes ready suites ranging from 1,500 to 3,700 square feet on the tower’s sixth floor.
