While commending the executive members of AMPAT, Danbatta commended their efforts and plans for growing the communications industry in Nigeria, which, he said, is in line with the mandate of the NCC, as enshrined in the Nigerian Communications Act , 2003 and in accordance with its 8-Point Agenda, which seeks to promote Information and Communication Technology innovation and investment opportunities in the sector.
