As the longtime quarterback is set to make his decision in free agency about where he will play next season in the NFL, Brady announced Monday that he’s launching a production company called 199 Productions that will look to develop original content including documentaries, feature films and television shows.
The company’s name alludes to his infamous draft slot, when the New England Patriots selected him in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL draft, with the No. 199 overall selection. As part of the production company, Brady will be teaming withdirectors Joe and Anthony Russo and the pair’s non-fiction wing at AGBO Films, Wonderburst.
