Chase is temporarily coding purchases at some superstores like Target and Walmart that have full grocery stores as grocery purchases, so they show up in the Pay Yourself Back feature. It's definitely worth testing this out at your home location with a small purchase first to make sure that's the case.
Then, I casually refreshed the Best Buy page one afternoon, and there it was: the Nintendo Switch Lite, in turquoise, my favorite color. It was in stock.
