A Target store destroyed during Minneapolis protests will reopen after what the company says is one of its 'fastest rebuilds' ever

Williams, who is Black, wrote that he felt "anger, despair, and exhaustion" when George Floyd was killed, and struggled to find purpose in his role at Target.
