I looked up the sources for this last night (seems Metro published it 1st). I find no sign of an Oxford Uni researcher called Thomas Peto, & the Metro article named the Report as 'Young People & Brexit', not found on Oxford Uni Economics site. LINK 2 SOURCES PLEASE!
