Cleanup continues on a spill at an abandoned Chevron-owned well in the Cymric oil field in McKittrick, Calif. “There’s been a cozy relationship that the Brown administration and California have had with the oil industry, and I think those days are gone,” said state Sen. Bob Wieckowski .
