Biazon is pushing for the passage of House Bill 789 which requires all foreign companies engaged in business in the Philippines to source at least 90 percent of their requirement for labor, materials, goods and services domestically unless otherwise such as labor, materials, goods, supplies, and services are unavailable locally.
