The Chief Executive Officer of Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission , Babatunde Irukera, raised the alarm on Wednesday during a sensitization programme held at the International Conference Centre of the University of Ibadan, urging consumers to always insist on quality.The programme themed: “Competitiveness and A Culture of Quality” was aimed at educating Nigerians on their rights as consumers of goods and services.
