The City Administrator will chair the task force, with the heads of the Business Permits and Licensing Department and Department of the Building Official as vice-chairpersons. Under the Executive Order, the task force is also responsible in unifying application forms from all involved offices into a single document.An online service should be accessible under a single website and if transacting business personally, the process should only be at a single location, the EO mandated.
