Terms apply to the offers listed on this page.to book travel, but since the pandemic, I've switched to earning and redeeming cash back.

I love the flexibility of cash back, plus it's a way for me to treat myself to something I wouldn't typically purchase. I've linked my two main personal credit cards to Amazon and PayPal, so I can use my rewards to cover purchases there, too. I've typically used "bonus" money I receive to treat myself to something special — a cash gift for my birthday or good luck money during the Lunar New Year, an end-of-year job bonus, or money set aside for a small splurge when I've had a great month income-wise.
