Actress Marisa Abela has boarded the cast of the live-action Barbie movie. Based on Mattel's beloved fashion doll line, the WB film is being helmed by Oscar-nominated director Greta Gerwig. Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling star as Barbie and Ken, respectively. Set for release in July 2023, Barbie is currently in production. While there are a myriad of reasons to look forward to Barbie, its stellar ensemble is likely the most prominent one.
