London-listed RWS Holdings snaps up Dublin-based firm

Propylon, a Dublin-based provider of content creation, management and publishing solutions for the government, legal, assurance, audit and publishing industries, has been acquired in a deal valued at up to €30 million.

RWS Holdings, a language, content and intellectual property specialist that is listed on the AIM exchange in London, said the deal would allow the company to enhance its integrated localisation capabilities and serve a broader range of clients.
